Reasonably spacious and immaculate rooms!

Comfy beds and satellite television, climate control, and a personal safe. Separate bedroom, nice size separate bathroom, nice pool. Magnificent and convenient location, in midtown.

No complaints, the venue met my needs. I loved the hotel and Atlanta, had 1 very nice days there. The staff was extremely GREAT and courteous, with nice attitude.

The hotel was fairly clean and had immaculate and large rooms. All of the stuff were well-trained, really helpful. Upscale location, the private parking was available. This venue was in a busy area.

New building and rooms with full kitchens. Marvellous and unbeatable location for my purposes. Really great stay for the price, no complaints whatsoever.

The restaurant was great with excellent service here, I had wonderful dishes. Had separate bathroom with all essentials.

Convenient location with nearby restaurants and shopping. The valet was helpful and the front desk staff, especially Mariam and Marquis, were friendly and professional. Spacious suite with enough room for the whole family. The hotel shows good customer service and hospitality. I would recommend this hotel.

This is a nice hotel located in the amazing Atlantic Station neighborhood. Atlantic Station is a unique village type of development with everything you would wish for, movie theatre, supermarket, stores (high end and regular), great restaurants,e tc... The twelve is beautiful with huge rooms that are more the loft type with living room and a full kitchen. Very nice design. These are like luxury condos.

The only thing they should improve are the beds and pillows. The mattress was not comfortable and pillows were cheap and bulky. Why invest so much in everything else but not in what a hotel room is intended for: a comfortable sleep.

my recent stay at twelve midtown was amazing. the staff was so friendly and the room was clean and spacious. the location was perfect for shopping at atlantic station. i highly recommend this hotel!

Limited room service options.

Great location for restuarants and shopping! Although we didn't use it, I love having a kitchen (& fridge) in the room! Also, having a computer in the room was very nice!!

I wish our room had a balacony. You could hear a lot of sounds from the room/apartment above us (didn't seem as insulated for sound as a regular hotel). Also, the couch looks cool but isn't very comfortable for lounging around.

Celebrated our 16th anniversary there and was plesantly surprise at how professional the front desk staff was, made us feel welcome and special. Spaceous rooms, great view and most of all a comfortable bed to say the least. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Great overnight stay, Thanks................

A little uneasy about hotels that accepts pets.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in the heart of mid-town with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to connect to the downtown area, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The parking situation was inconvenient and expensive, with limited options for self-parking and high fees for valet service.

Surrounding rooms were very noisy, unacceptable place to stay with children. Don't order anything per ghost from hotel in service, they never had anything we asked for. The lobby restaurant was the only good room service
